I did not realize, but some viewers think that the files in the download links have the same content as the pictures that are in the preview. A preview is a preview, not only the featured pics in the previews are smaller but in the files are many, many more pictures, often also from more different boys.
So, if you copy from the page and do not download the files, you miss about 90% of my posted material!
Many pictures presented in my blog are taken by me personally, some are handed over to me from other original photographers and some are found on the web. If there is any picture with a copyright issue you can aply for having it removed it from my blog. I do not take any responsability for the content of linked sites or blogs.
I also do not take responsability for the content of sites or blogs who place the url of my blog on theirs.
Though this site is gay orientated the sexual orientation or proclivity of anyone pictured is neither expressed nor implied by the inclusion of these images.
I am a strong believer in free speech and against scensorship on the internet. I think it is very dangerous that webhosters interfere with content that is posted as long it is not against international laws.
To my opinion content on the internet has to be free to download or to repost except if the content has to be purchased from a publisher via a download f.e. or published on protected fora / sites.
In my country we have a law that guarantees the free gathering of information from the media or public places. Professional or amateur journalists have the right to keep sources secret. And anyone has the right to publish his opionion except if he or she is insulting individual persons. (freedom gives responsabillity) We just had a lawsuit about this in matter of insulting a relegion. The judge of our highcouncel made it perfectly clear that you cannot insult a relegion because it is not a natural person. (though he did not agree with the rude texts).
Many hosts are situated in the US and they are not keeping up to these important rights of freedom.
We in Europe fought 2 bloody wars and rejected communism recently and totalistic regimes so we know how important freedom is.
Deleting accounts because of content (except illegal) is criminal and against internation law and human rights. Period!
It is not the task of a webhost to judge if a post is apropriate or not, or if they agree with a criticist or not. Only illegal content by law can be the cause of deletion of an account or content. Laws differ by country and are (should be) the result of a (hopefully) democratic proces and laws should respect the universal rights of man
Thats why I explictit allow reposting of my stuff!
It is only polite to give the credit to the original posters if you happen to know, but not a nessacerrity.
To prevent deletion in the future I only can advise to mention the source and that you have the consent for republishing (so this excludes copyrighted material)
I tried to give my opinion here as brief as possible to prevent to long blog text, I understand there are many aspects in this matter to discuss about. But you got the basic line. :-)
